Texas Early Literacy Impact Report Shows Strong Student Growth Across 38 School Districts

Texas students using Footsteps2Brilliance completed more than one million hours of structured literacy learning while demonstrating measurable gains across five foundational literacy domains:

Highlighted districts include: • Raymondville ISD - outperformed comparable districts by 34 percentage points • George West ISD - exceeded peers by 33.5 percentage points • Rio Grande City Grulla ISD - exceeded peers by 14 percentage points • Richardson ISD - exceeded peers by 3.5 percentage points
